1 General Description & Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ik333 platform and all users of its services ("Member" or "you"). Accessing the platform or starting to use the service — through the ik333 website, app, or any other channel — means you fully agree to these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at ik333, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds. A maximum of one account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are found for the same person, all accounts will be closed.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you lose your password or suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ik333 may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide documents on time may result in withdrawal being put on hold. This process is for the protection of your account and the security of the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at ik333 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is not complete or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
If a request is being processed, wait before making the next request.
ik333 reserves the right to investigate withdrawals if unusual activity is suspected.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on ik333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not supported.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If someone deposits ৳32,000, the bonus is capped at ৳15,000, giving a total of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for a bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not including the deposit). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before this requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

A bonus offer applies only once per member.
ik333 may cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
Bonus offers may have a specific expiry date — they will be cancelled automatically once expired.
ik333 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6 VIP Program

ik333's VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance step by step to higher levels:

Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

To receive VIP benefits, the account must be active and in good standing. ik333 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ik333 platform:

Cheating, fraud, or any form of deceptive conduct.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
Harassment, threats, or unethical behavior toward other members.
Unauthorized access to ik333's systems or hacking attempts.
Operating an account with false information or identity theft.

If a prohibited activity is proven, the account will be closed immediately, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
